Les applications mobiles d’enseignes physiques attirent 45% des Français et celles éditées par les centres commerciaux captent 34% des sondés, selon les résultats du Retailscope 2017 d’Hammerson réalisé avec Odoxa. L’usage de ces applications est plus répandu chez les jeunes, en particulier la tranche d’âge 25-34 ans : ces derniers sont 58% à utiliser des applications d’enseignes et 42% des applications de centres commerciaux.

Le spécialiste du Drive-to-Store, Teemo, ex-Databerries, affiche ses ambitions et entend multiplier par 4 ses effectifs en un an pour le porter à 60 personnes. Tim Frankcom, précédemment EVP Global Mid-Market chez Criteo, vient de rejoindre la société comme Chief Operating Officer. Il sera en charge des équipes commerciales, des partenariats et du marketing.
La start-up Sterling Pharma, qui conçoit et édite des médias et des services digitaux dédiés à la santé, a lancé Conseil Santé, une application drive-to-store destinée à créer du trafic vers les pharmacies. C’est dans une logique d’ouverture vers l’ensemble du retail que Criteo a annoncé ses nouveaux produits au service du «commerce marketing» hier lors du HubForum. En Europe, la France se situe au 2ème rang des dépenses via mobile avec 81€ en moyenne pour 2017 contre 164€ pour les Britanniques d’après les chiffres de la dernière étude RetailMeNot. En France, le budget était de 11,40€ en 2015 et sera multiplié par 7,1 d’ici fin 2017 selon les prévisions.
